NO ANIMALS ALLOWED ON PREMISES ~ For the comfort and safety of all visitors and our resident animals, please leave your pets at home.
NO SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED IN HANDS-ON AREAS or on the TOUR ~ Due to the up close and personal nature of our facility, and for the safety of our resident animals AND your service animal, Service Animals are not allowed in those areas. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES.
Our entire facility is Accessible to all guests. However, at this time, our Wildlife Safari Stagecoach Tour is not.
No Outside Food allowed inside. For your convenience, we have a picnic area available near the Parking lot and front play area.
We HIGHLY recommend purchasing tickets online or over the phone for the Wildlife Safari Tours (Only runs in the evenings on certain days) and Bottle feeding (when available). Both are limited and no guarantee of availability
2 and under are always free. No ticket needed.
We do not have a drinking fountain. Please plan accordingly.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Debit cards with a $5 minimum purchase. We do not accept American Express.
