FAQ's

DO YOU CLOSE FOR BAD WEATHER?
Yes, there are times when the weather causes an early closure or a complete closure for the day. Please always check our website or give us a call to confirm if weather is questionable.

Do you have any type of Birthday or Party package?
We do not have any type of party package. You are welcome to bring your guests through at your leisure and there is a picnic area available for a nominal fee.

Do I need to pre-purchase my tickets?
No need to pre-purchase admission. You can purchase when you arrive at our Ticket Depot.

Can we feed the animals?
Yes, you can feed the animals only food that you purchase at the ticket booths when you enter the park. All of our animals require a very specialized diet and we ask that you do not feed the animals any other type of food as this could make them sick.

FEEDING ANIMALS IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK. ANIMALS CAN MISTAKE FINGERS FOR FOOD AND BITE.

Can I bring my own food to feed the animals?
Due to the regulations imposed by the United States Department of Agriculture, no outside food may be given to our animals. Disruption of their diet may result in illness or closure of the park.

How long does it take to visit?
We recommend at least 2 hours for the Adventure Park, as there are so many animals to visit and fun play areas. There is homemade ice cream in the Ice Cream Shop, not to mention the drive-thru Site 57 Safari, if you want to visit both parks! Everything is at your leisure, so give yourself plenty of time. You won’t want to miss any of the fun!

Do you rent wheelchairs or strollers?
We do not have wheelchairs or strollers to rent at this time. Most of the Adventure Park is paved and has benches along the way. If there are people in your party that need wheelchairs, you are welcome to bring your own to the park.

Do you sell sandwiches or other food for humans?
We have our homemade ice cream available for sale.

Am I allowed to bring my service animal or comfort companion to the park?
Service animals are allowed in the ice cream shop and main building, but due to the up close and interactive nature of the experience with the animals, for our animals’ safety and health, no outside animals are allowed in the park or Safari. Comfort or companion animals are not allowed at all due to health code regulations.

Do you sell your animals?
Certain farm animals are sold throughout the season, like goats, pigs, guinea pigs, and bunnies, for pets. If you are interested in purchasing any of them, please contact us through the website contact form.
